AsiaTrip: Private Tours in Thailand

We arrange private itineraries for closed groups of 4 to 20 guests. We do not combine unrelated customers, and each quote is prepared individually in THB.

Our approach

AsiaTrip is based in Thailand. We use local knowledge to prepare practical private itineraries around the dates, interests and pace confirmed for each group. The exact scope of every trip is stated in the individual proposal.

How we work

We focus on one closed group at a time. Before any booking, we confirm the itinerary, the arrangements included in it and the individual quote in THB. We do not add unconfirmed services or combine your party with strangers.

8 principles for your private trip

1. One private group

Each itinerary is prepared for one closed group of 4 to 20 guests. Unrelated customers are not added to your booking.

2. Local itinerary planning

Our team is based in Thailand and plans the route using current, practical knowledge of the destinations involved.

3. Direct contact

You communicate directly with the AsiaTrip team about dates, group details and the arrangements being considered.

4. Individual quote in THB

There is no public price list for EN tours. We prepare a tailored quote in THB for the confirmed private itinerary.

5. Confirmed arrangements

Your proposal states which transport, activities and other practical arrangements are included. Nothing is assumed without confirmation.

6. Responsible choices

Where relevant, we favour attractions and activities that can be included responsibly in the agreed programme.

7. Clear scope

The individual proposal sets out the confirmed itinerary, included arrangements and exclusions before you decide whether to proceed.

8. Flexible planning

Tell us your priorities and preferred pace. Any requested change remains subject to availability and confirmation.
